1.  In the Windows 10/11 search bar, look for “Snipping Tool”

By clicking on the search icon on the bottom taskbar or by clicking the windows button on the keyboard, then search for “Snipping Tool”, and click on it.

2. Edit Settings of Snipping Tool

When settings windows are opened, make sure both of these options are enabled

1. Include Microphone input by default when the screen record starts
2. Include system audio by default when the screen record starts

3. You are ready to record!

Now you are ready to record, to start the recording, click ( Win + Shift + S ) on your keyboard. It will open a new small pop-up. , click on the video recording icon (it may be a little bit different based on the Windows version). Drag the area that you want to record, then click the record button. 

After you finish, click the stop button, and the video will be processed and opened, or you can access it by navigating to Videos>Screen Recordings on your desktop. 

Don’t forget to give it a trial first to make sure both your audio and the system’s audio are hearable before starting the actual recording!
