2. Access Google Calendar from Web #
You can access Google Calendar from any browser, google chrome is highly recommended.

You can install Google Calendar on your mobile like any other application.
4. Create new Team Calendar #
You can create a new team calendar for your team to track scheduled events and manage project events.
5. Add or create new events #
In event settings, you can add the title name and schedule time or date. After that, select the calendar where this event will get displayed. There are 2 ways to create a new event.

6. Types of events #
There are 2 types of events that each has a separate function:
Time event – occurs at a different time within a single day.
All-day event – spans an entire day or consecutive series of days.
7. Calendar notification settings: applied to all events #
In calendar settings, there are 2 types of event notifications.
- Event notifications – to receive notifications for timed events on this calendar.
- All-day event notifications – to receive notifications for all-day events on this calendar.
- Other notifications – to receive email notifications for timed events and all-day events when changes are made to this calendar:
- New events: an event is added to this calendar
- Changed events: an event on this calendar is changed
- Canceled events: an event on this calendar is cancelled

8. Calendar settings: create sharing link #
In calendar settings, under ‘Access permissions for events’ you can get a shareable link calendar, to share scheduled events with your team. For example, the shareable link can be added in space (chat room) for enrolled members to import the upcoming events in their calendar to view the project events’ dates or meetings dates.
